Terms of Service

Last updated 2 July 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pakti (the “Service”), a proof-of-packing and dispute-evidence platform provided by My Task Master Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16878946), registered office Flat 93 March Court, Warwick Drive, London, SW15 6LD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Pakti lets restaurants photograph packed delivery orders, store timestamped and tamper-evident records, read receipts using automated OCR, and prepare evidence bundles to contest delivery-platform refund and missing-item claims. The Service is a tool to help you organise and present evidence. We do not submit disputes on your behalf and we do not guarantee the outcome of any dispute, chargeback, or refund decision made by a delivery platform or payment provider.

2. Accounts and staff access

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Owners and managers may add staff members, who access the staff app using a restaurant join code and a personal PIN. You are responsible for keeping your join code, PINs, and passwords confidential, for the actions of your staff, and for removing access when a staff member leaves. You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your business to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

The Service is offered on a paid monthly subscription, billed per restaurant location. Payment is taken at sign-up (there is no free trial) and recurs monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout in your local market currency. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. You may cancel at any time from your settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from your first payment — contact support@pakti.io to request a refund within that window. Applicable taxes may be added.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading content you have no right to upload; attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or restaurants’ data; interfering with or overloading the Service; using it to create false, altered, or misleading evidence; or using it for any unlawful purpose. Photographs must depict genuine, packed orders. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Your content and evidence

You retain ownership of the photos, receipts, and records you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and store the content you upload, including where receipts or photos incidentally contain personal data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; we will post the updated Terms with a new “last updated” date and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that using the Service will result in successful disputes or recovered funds. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including sections 5, 7, and 9) will survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer you may benefit from mandatory provisions of your local law.
